You can choose the import type you would to operate clicking on Imports.

You select the right import type in the scrolling menu clicking on it.

Imports ' list

You can check here all the imports you have done :

This list shows :

• the internal import number (= N°) automatically created by InPro when created
• the import date
• the sales date you indicated
• the import type (sales, beneficiaries, titles, ...)
• the import sub type which is filter used to import the sale report
• the dealer number (cf. Settings --> Dealers)
• the dealer name, who is providing you the imported file
• the name of the imported file
• the status of the import regarding the territories / releases / titles matches
• the total amount according to InPro
• the original amount present in the source file

IMPORTANT : an import is highlighted in red if it is not totally matched with the territories / releases / titles.

To open an import and do the matches, double-click on it.

Beneficiaries and titles

InPro may integrate different external data (.xlsx files) n order to avoid manual and tedious entries.
