IMPORTANT MEMO : each and every release and title must be attached to a project.

A project gathers different releases and titles and its sales in order to benefit and so cross the sales levels (= paliers) and equivalences. In this way, a CD, a K7 and a LP vinyl of a same release will be gathered within the same project.

/!\ According to the release type (physical or digital), sales levels ( = paliers) will evolve differently /!\

NB : Even if you are not concerned by sales levels, you must create a fictive project you may call Miscellaneous for example to gather all the release without sales levels. In this case, please mind to untick the box " manage stages ".

Projects ' list

This list shows every project of your database.

Here you find several information :

• the reference which is the alias of the project
• the name of the project, for example the same as the album
• the artist performing the releases / titles
• the original creation date of the project
• the label in charge of producing, publishing and dealing the releases / titles
• the internal number of the project (idprojet) automatically generated by InPro when created

To open and / or edit a project, please double-click on it.

Edit project

Here you find several tabs :

General

Each and every information you are indicating are NOT VISIBLE ON THE ROYALTIES STATEMENT

• the reference which is the alias of the project
• the artist performing the releases / titles
• the label in charge of producing, publishing and dealing the releases / titles
• the genre
• notes to add useful and important complementary information about the project (sync, releases, specific featuring, ...)
• the territories
• the creation date
• the duration

IMPORTANT : Except few and rare cases, the " manage stages " box must stay ticked.

Linked releases

Here you see every release linked to the project et information regarding :

• the commercial reference (UPC ?)
• the name of the release
• the release type (CD, K7, bundle, ...)

You may add one or several releases dragging and dropping it from releases ' list.

Linked titles

This tab shows you all the linked titles to this project and information concerning :

• the name of the track / title
• the artist performing the title

If the titles are already and previously attached to the releases, it will be added here automatically. Otherwise, you may drag & drop it from titles ' list.

Total sales

This tab indicates, for a certain period, the sales totals according to each contract.

The data update of this tab is automatic when you do a closure.

You find several information here :

• the contract
• the artist involved (= idcontrat)
• the last closure date
• the sales quantities

IMPORTANT : If you know the previous sales quantities, you can add them manually here to start over from a "clean" database.
