You can find here 4 different tabs :
General
In addition of the title's name, in the tab's header, you find here two zones :
1 . ) the detailed information : those fields could have been automatically filled when import. If empty, you may still fill it indicating : the label, version, or the project it is suppose to be attached to.
2 . ) the contract zone indicating the contract(s) linked with the title, but also the concerned artist and company and the ratio.
IMPORTANT : Every contract must have a title ratio to indicate InPro how it suppose to calculate the beneficiary share on a title's sale. To inform a ratio, click on the empty cell and fill it, click anywhere else to validate.
MEMO : the best way to proceed is to drag and drop titles to contracts and then to releases, like that InPro will automatically determine every contract share within the releases.
Sales
This tab indicates you all the sales of the title according to :
- The sale date
- The units sold
- The amount sold
- The PPD or Public Price to Dealer

- The country

- The import number
- If it's a streaming sale or a synchronization sale
At the bottom of the tab, you can see a ribbon with the sales and amounts totals.
At last, as you may see on the top left (cf. the red frame) of the tab, you could organize this tab dragging and dropping the concerned header or column (= information).
Codes
InPro is identifying and matching titles through codes.
Usually, one title is attached to a one and only ISRC code, being universal and unique. But sometimes, the reality is more complex and one title has several ISRC codes. That's why, InPro is also taking count of a ISRC + UPC code. In case of title with no code, InPro will "only" take in count the title (and the artist information if present) with the T + A code.
This indicates :
- the code type attached to the title
- the code itself
- the provider or the source of the code
- the title
- the artist performing the title
- the internal import number (idimport) automatically generated by InPro about the import containing the title
- the creation date
- the creator, the user creating ( = importing) the title.
Releases
You can check here all the releases on which the title is attached.
You may drag and drop the concerned release(s) from the releases ' list.
You can see several information :
- the commercial reference (REF)
- the release's name
- the artist performing the title/release
- the release type (CD, vinyl, LP, EP, ...)
