3 . ) Artists

  • More
    • Table of contents

The artist could be one person or a band involved in one or several contracts.

An artist, if a person, is also a beneficiary.

IMPORTANT REMINDER : the beneficiary is a compulsory concept whereas the artist concept is more informative and most of the time used for a band.

Artists' list

This list shows you all the artists of you database et indicates you :

  • The last name (nom?) of the artist
  • The first name of the artist
  • The creation date in your database
  • The last closure date
  • If the artist is sleeping, not active anymore and so not part of royalties calculation
  • The internal artist number ( # Shareholders) automatically generated by InPro when created in your database

To open and / or edit an artist, double-click on it.

Edit artist

You can see and / or modify detailed information concerning an artist :

  • The last name of the artist
  • The first name of the artist
  • If the artist is sleeping, so not active and not part of royalties calculation

As you could read in the red frame, the other information are purely informative so not present on the royalties statement :

  • the postal address
  • the phone number
  • the e-mail address
  • the notes, as memo and complementary information about the artist
  • the last closure date
